In an effort to adapt to the pandemic that has reached our community, our office has had to make several necessary changes.
As mentioned in our previous notification, we are only seeing patients with dental emergencies.
If you have a dental emergency, please call our office at 903-455-5750. Please leave a message if we do not answer and we will call you back as soon as possible.

We do not have normal office hours at this time. However, we are checking messages left on the answering machine, emails, and submission forms several times throughout the day.

Currently, we are not seeing hygiene patients.
Please know that our office is a safe place to visit in the unfortunate event that you have a dental emergency. We are continuing to aggressively sanitize and disinfect our office, including all surfaces touched by staff and patients. Our staff and Doctors are wearing protective masks whenever we are in the presence of our patients. Any business that is needed between yourself and the front desk staff is being completed over the phone prior to the appointment to avoid any contact. All patients are being directed to walk in and sit in the treatment chair upon arrival, avoiding the reception area.

Coronavirus Office Visit Policy
If you have an appointment at our office, read the following.
1- Take your temperature 1 hour before your appointment. Your temperature will also be taken when you arrive at the office. If you have a temperature of 99 degrees or above, you will be asked to call back and reschedule your appointment.
2- If you are concerned about possible exposure to another person with the Coronavirus, you will need to reschedule.
3- If you or a family member are considered high-risk for having the coronavirus, you will need to reschedule.
4- If you currently have, or have had, any of the following symptoms in the last 3 weeks we will have you reschedule your appointment.
- Headache/Body Aches
- Difficulty Breathing
- Chills & Fatigue
- Sore Throat
5 – If you have traveled overseas, on airlines, or on a cruise ship in the last 3 weeks, we will have you reschedule your appointment. Also, if you or a family member have traveled to a location with a level 3 travel health notice, we will have you reschedule your appointment.
6- Do not bring other people with you to your appointment, unless assistance is absolutely required.
7- If you do bring another person with you to your appointment, we will require that they wait in the vehicle during your appointment.
8- All patients will be moved to a treatment room immediately upon arrival in order to keep our waiting/reception area empty.
9- If you have both flu-like symptoms and a dental emergency at the same time (such as a dental infection, swelling, severe pain) please call our office to discuss over the phone. The doctor will be happy to talk to you about your condition.
