Porcelain Onlay

This patient had a very old, failing silver filling. We decided to replace it with a conservative porcelain restoration, called an onlay. This was performed in one visit with Cerec CAD-CAM technology.

Veneers

This patient was not satisfied with her two front teeth. We decided to place Porcelain Veneers, fabricated with our in-office Cerec CAD-CAM design and milling unit.

Single Tooth Implant

This patient was missing tooth #29. We decided to replace the tooth with a single tooth implant. The implant was placed at our office and about 3 months later an abutment was placed, followed by a crown.

Resin Composite Restoration (Tooth Colored Filling)

Composite Restorations “Tooth Colored Fillings” were chosen to replace older, defective silver fillings.

Porcelain Crowns

This patient wanted his front teeth to look very white and much nicer.

Porcelain crowns were fabricated for his front 6 teeth.

Veneers

This patient wanted straighter, whiter teeth. Many of his teeth were fractured at the edges and discolored.

Veneers were the restoration of choice.

Cerec Restorations

The 3 back teeth had old, defective silver fillings (amalgams) that needed to be replaced. In a single visit, the tooth on the far left was replaced with a composite filling, while the two teeth next to it were replaced with porcelain onlay restorations.

Removable Partial Denture

This patient was missing three of his front teeth.

He chose to have a “removable partial denture” made to replace the missing teeth.

Immediate Upper Denture

This patient needed their top teeth removed and replaced by a denture in the same visit.

All of the top teeth were removed and an “Immediate Denture” was placed.
